As a presentation trainer and former radio news reader I have extensive experience in the techniques and dynamics of public speaking and media interviews. Over the years I’ve had the pleasure to work with professionals from different occupations ranging from members of parliament, public officials, managers and international lawyers but also people from the creative sectors such as advertising and the media.
Being a native speaker of English is a major advantage in my work. Not only can I teach both in English and Dutch but I can also help navigate English speaking clients through some of the differences and nuances between the Dutch and English language and culture in relation to communication and interaction.
Tailor-made training
Mostly I work with clients on a one-on-one basis so we have the opportunity to focus completely on the individual’s goals and ambitions. I also enjoy running workshops in small groups where there’s interaction, at time with humour, learning from each other yet with enough room for individual feedback. In Amsterdam South close to the Amstel Station I have a pleasant working space that’s easy accessible by public transport and there’s space to park your car (paid parking area).
